The Management Board of Proguns Group S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, announces that on February 17, 2026, an agreement was signed by both parties with ABISTEMA Kancelaria Doradcza, a limited liability company with its registered office in Krakow, for the provision of services as an Authorized Advisor regarding the listing of the Issuer’s Series W1, W2, W3, and G shares of the Issuer on the NewConnect market. The agreement enters into force on the date of its signing.
