The Management Board of Proguns Group S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Issuer”), pursuant to Article 70(1) of the Act on Public Offerings and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to an Organized Trading System and on Public Companies (“the Public Offerings Act”), hereby announces that on February 20, 2026, it received a notification prepared pursuant to Article 69 of the Public Offerings Act from Forum GRUPA NIEWIADÓW – PGM SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA.
