The Management Board of Proguns Group S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”), announces that on May 8, 2026, the Issuer’s Supervisory Board appointed Ms. Martyna Szostek to the Issuer’s Management Board and appointed her as Vice President of the Issuer’s Management Board.
The Issuer’s Management Board notes that the information referred to in §10(20) of Appendix No. 1 to the Alternative Trading System Rules—namely, the professional resume of Ms. Martyna Szostek—is attached to this report.
