Proguns Group S.A., a company listed on the NewConnect market, has entered into a five-year cooperation agreement with the U.S. company Charter Trading Corporation (CTC), which operates under the laws of the State of Texas (U.S.).
The agreement governs the terms of cooperation between the parties regarding the sale of UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters on the Polish market and other markets agreed upon by both parties. Under the terms of the agreement, CTC has granted Proguns Group the exclusive right to represent its interests and promote the sale of UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters and other CTC products and services in Poland.
The signed agreement replaces the previous memorandum from February 2025 and significantly expands the scope of cooperation between the companies—both by extending the term of the agreement to five years and by granting Proguns Group the status of CTC’s exclusive partner on the Polish market.
The UH-60 Black Hawk Program
…includes comprehensive helicopter maintenance and modernization services, performed in accordance with international standards. The program offers a full range of MRO services, including inspections, repairs, modernizations, and the installation of state-of-the-art onboard systems.
Helicopters can be adapted for various missions, including transport, firefighting, and search and rescue, with the option of retrofitting them with specialized systems and operational equipment.
