We are pleased to announce that Proguns Group S.A. has entered into a sales agency agreement with Dillon Aero Incorporated—an American manufacturer of advanced Gatling-type weapon systems used by armed forces, police, and other uniformed services around the world. The agreement represents another step in the implementation of the Company’s growth strategy in the defense segment and strengthens its position as a partner to global manufacturers of military equipment.
Under the terms of the agreement, Proguns Group S.A. will serve as the official sales representative of Dillon Aero in Poland. As part of this partnership, the Company will be responsible for marketing and supporting the sale of weapon systems, components, ammunition systems, mounts, accessories, as well as training and logistical support services related to the manufacturer’s products.
Dillon Aero is a manufacturer of globally recognized weapon systems, including the legendary 7.62×51 mm NATO-caliber M134D Minigun and the 12.7×99 mm (.50 BMG)-caliber 503D system. The company’s solutions are designed for integration with air, land, and sea platforms, and its primary customers are armed forces and security agencies.
Establishing a partnership with Dillon Aero Incorporated strengthens Proguns Group S.A.’s capabilities in the distribution and sales representation of advanced defense systems and opens up new opportunities for cooperation with institutional customers in the domestic market.
