The Management Board of Proguns Group S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”), hereby announces that on March 27, 2026, the Issuer obtained a license granted by the Minister of the Interior and Administration to conduct business activities in the following areas:
1. The trade in explosives specified in paragraphs 1–4 of Part II—“Types of Explosives”—MW of the Annex to the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of September 17, 2019, on the classification of types of explosives, weapons, ammunition, and products and technologies intended for military or police use, for the manufacture or trade of which a license is required (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1888)—without the right to store such materials;
2. Trade in the types of weapons specified in paragraphs 1–12 of Part III—Types of Weapons and Ammunition—BA of the Annex to the aforementioned regulation—without the right to store them;
3. The trade in the types of ammunition specified in paragraphs 13–30 of Part III—Types of Weapons and Ammunition—BA of the Annex to the aforementioned regulation—without the right to store such ammunition;
4. Trade in products intended for military or police use as specified in items WT II–WT XII and WT XIV of Part IV, “Types of Products and Technologies Intended for Military or Police Use” (WT), of the Annex to the aforementioned regulation—without the right to store such products;
5. Trade in technology intended for military or police use, as specified in Item WT XIII of Part IV—“Types of Products and Technologies Intended for Military or Police Use”—WT—of the Annex to the aforementioned regulation—without the right to store such technology.
The concession was granted for 50 years, effective from the date of its delivery.
The license obtained enables the Issuer to operate fully and in compliance with applicable regulations in the area of trading in ammunition, weapons, and advanced technologies intended for military and police use. This authorization significantly strengthens the Issuer’s market position and lays the groundwork for the effective implementation of its growth strategy, particularly by tailoring its product offering to the growing demand from the defense and law enforcement sectors, as well as civilian customers.
