The Management Board of Proguns Group S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”), announces that on October 1, 2026, the Issuer’s Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Arkadiusz Romański to the Issuer’s Management Board and appointed him Vice President of the Issuer’s Management Board.
