Statement by the Management Board of Proguns Group S.A. to Protect the Company’s Reputation and the Public Interest

Proguns Group S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: “the Company”), announces that, as a result of actions taken by Wojciech L. that harm the Company’s reputation, business interests, and the interests of its shareholders, the Company’s management board has taken appropriate legal action to protect its good name and prevent further violations.

As a result of the Company’s filing of a lawsuit for the protection of personal rights, together with a motion for preliminary relief against Mr. Wojciech L., on June 12, 2026, the Regional Court in Warsaw, 24th Civil Division, issued an order granting preliminary relief for the Company’s claim by prohibiting Wojciech L. from publishing or disseminating in any form of false content relating to Wojciech L.’s alleged ties to the Company or alleged cooperation, as well as Wojciech L.’s alleged authority to incur obligations on behalf of the Company and Wojciech L.’s alleged arrangement of business contracts on behalf of the Company, as well as the Company’s alleged obligations toward Wojciech L. The injunction was granted for a period of one year beginning on the date of the ruling granting the injunction, under penalty of ordering Wojciech L. to pay the amount of 10,000.00 zlotys to the Company for each instance of a breach of the aforementioned obligations. The Regional Court granted the motion for a preliminary injunction in its entirety and fully accepted the arguments presented by the Company.

The company also decided to file a criminal complaint alleging that Wojciech L. had committed a crime.

The legal action taken was necessary because Wojciech L., despite being ordered to cease his violations, continued his unlawful actions directed against the Company. Wojciech L. harassed the Company’s representatives, attempted to extort payment of alleged claims, damaged the Company’s good name and reputation, and implied business relationships with the Company in his dealings with third parties. Additionally, the Company points out that the trade in weapons and goods subject to special trade regulations requires appropriate licenses and authorizations, which Wojciech L. never presented.

The company unequivocally emphasizes that Wojciech L. is not and has never been authorized to:

  • representing the Company and submitting bids,
  • conducting business correspondence on its behalf,
  • using the Company's name, logo, or trademarks.
